Return Policy

If you find a typo in your titles or credits and want us to remake your DCP, send us back your original DCP and we will gladly make you a new one at a 50% discount within 30 days of original purchase.

In the rare case that you find an issue created by the DCP process, you may return your DCP for a full refund or ask us to remake it from the same source file(s) within 30 days of DCP completion. Returned products must be in the condition you received them and in the original box and/or packaging.

As DCP creation is a service and not a product, we cannot offer refunds other than for the situations described above.

Privacy Policy

This policy covers how we use your personal information. We take your privacy seriously and will take all measures to protect your personal information.
Any personal information received will only be used to fill your order. We will not sell or redistribute your information to anyone.
